RIVERSIDE CHURCH, DECEPTION BAY

We provided a fully integrated engineering design of a new church development in the Northern suburbs of Brisbane for the Riverside congregation. The auditorium seats approximately 300 in its first stage, and is designed so that the auditorium can be extended for increased seating capacity and break-out spaces at a later stage.

Using Revit, we were able to facilitate a high level of design synchronisation across the GLE disciplines. The use of BIM also facilitated superior visual communication between GLE and the entire project team most importantly the client. This high level of co-ordination has enabled a smooth construction phase and the realisation of well coordinated, highly efficient building services systems.
