580 QUEEN STREET

580 Queen Street is one of Brisbane’s most exciting sites for redevelopment. Situated at cross roads between the CBD and the edgier Fortitude Valley, the site features a 19th century heritage façade alongside a cutting edge curtain wall façade.

Engaged at the outset of this project, we were involved a lot earlier in the design process than is usually experienced and we believe that the success of the project is critically reliant on this fact.
Structural input was essential to understand how the existing facade would be maintained and how this very constrained site could be developed. Building Services and ESD input was required to address the 'what if' scenarios to a level of detail that accurate costs could be apportioned.
