Green Leaf Engineers were engaged by I Med E to refurbish recently purchased a tenancy. The meager floor to floor heights within the ground floor made it challenging to distribute building services so a more vertical strategy was adopted.

Mini risers were utilized around joinery on the first floor and a new double height reception was introduced. We also designed an elegantly efficient lighting scheme to lure in patrons and upgraded existing electrical and hydraulic infrastructure to satisfy increased demand for resources.
