The campus will consist of a new creative industries and high-end technology learning facility. The new campus will be designed around a day load of 600 students enabling the campus to service enrolments of over 4,000 individual students per annum.
As well as delivering all MEP services for the new campus, we also incorporated innovative and creative sustainable solutions to reduce the campus carbon footprint. Such solutions included computer modelling a state of the art displacement ventilation system for the auditorium using CFD. The results of the CFD model showed us that we were able to reduce the auditorium’s energy bill by 9MWh per year.
