This project is an exciting new five storey, 2,500m2 commercial building, situated in Ann St at the heart of Fortitude Valley. The Developer and our Client is a Brisbane based architectural practice looking to upgrade their existing commercial facilities.
Our multi-disciplinary team provided structural, civil, electrical, mechanical, and ESD services to assist with the Development Application, and are working towards detailed design.
