Green Leaf Engineers were engaged by JCA to provide due diligence advice to for procuring and refurbishing a chancery building in Addis Ababa.
Our involvement included rigorous site inspections examining two prospective buildings in regard to existing infrastructure, ability to comply with Australian building codes and the works required to meet stringent diplomatic security requirements.
Building on our experience designing embassies and engineering throughout Africa, we are currently undertaking the design of building services with careful consideration to local conditions, whole of life costs, and the availability of replacement parts.
