Green Leaf Engineers joined with James Law Cybertecture & Arup to develop a scheme. Our solution is based on an indoor 4500-6000 seat performance hall, an outdoor performing space for 15000, an exhibition centre, a digital library, and eclectic array of performance and artistic areas.
Our design incorporated photovoltaics, water recycling, 40m span composite floors, and 270m-long steel arches.
