For the first time, GLE worked with a Building Integrated Model (BIM). Instead of the traditional 2D drawings consultants turn out, Green Leaf produced a high quality 3D model, allowing clients, architects and engineers to integrate and coordinate their designs, saving time, money and hassle.
Additionally, GLE were able to integrate thermal and HVAC plant modelling coupled with daylight and lighting analysis into the BIM, reaffirming our commitment to sustainable design. Other sustainable measures include the implementation of rainwater harvesting, passive and active solar design and other energy saving practices.
