We work with developers and architects to generate designs which recognise sustainable solutions and offer best value for money. We design in detail and across all disciplines, thereby coordinating all engineering solutions for our Clients. We work with contractors to facilitate buildability and optimal construction programmes. We represent our Client on site to ensure smooth construction and a high quality of finished product. We monitor and commission our building services systems to respond to the ‘living’ building model. We evaluate post-occupancy performance and control.
