Green Leaf Engineers were engaged to provide specialised energy infrastructure consultancy to the primary consultants for phase 1 of the Island Master Plan. The development is a residential enclave oriented around Basil Bay which will accommodate 100 new sustainable homes on the Island.
Each dwelling has been designed with an interconnected grid of photo-voltaic power, solar water heating, and energy efficient lighting.
