A set of Commercial offices in Brookes St Fortitude Valley required a set of ‘as-built drawings’ for the air-conditioning system within the building. No specification of layout or dimensions of the system were provided. The 3 level building had high-wall, cassette type and ducted systems, through a meticulous yet prompt inspection of the building a detailed set of drawings were produced to the client.
