Converting to solar energy at home usually means adding large bullky solar panels that stand out against your roof. Not anymore, SRS Energy, a Philidelphian company has developed the Sole Power Tile, a roof tile designed to provide a sustainable source of energy for your building without compropmising its look.
The dark blue tiles are specially designed to be combatible with clay roof tiles. Customers who purchase normal tiles will be given the option to upgrade to Sole Power Tiles.
When installed the system can offset the customers energy cost. The tiles are lightweight, unbreakable and recyclable. Flexible solar technology is embedded withing each tile and all the tiles can operate independantly.
