In Luanda, Angola there is a current real estate project for the construction of the University City in the Camama ward, district of Kilamba Kiaxi, which will occupy an area of 225,826 square metres.

ANGOP reports:

"According to a press release from the "EFES" real estate firm, which reached ANGOP this Wednesday, the total figure of the final plot to host the 65 buildings is of about 387,830 square metre, which corresponds to a rate of 1,5 square metre within the defined area.

The complex will comprise residential buildings and social infrastructures such as kindergartens, police station, health post, clinic, gymnasium, restrooms and a school, as well as leisure areas.

The project also comprises areas meant for urban infrastructures such as roads of 40,506 square metre, pavements of 51,780 square metre and green spaces, among others. The real estate project is part of the housing programme aimed at building houses for different social classes of the society."
