HOTEL GAMBARO

Gambaro’s Restaurant is a Brisbane institution. Green Leaf were invited to realise the Gambaro family’s vision of refurbishing the existing restaurant and adding a hotel to the site at 29-39 Caxton Street.

This project was particularly challenging as the client required the Gambaro Restaurant remain open throughout the construction of the additional upper floors. In order to accelerate construction and minimise impact on the existing restaurant, GLE have sought to modularise and prefabricate services where appropriate and initiated stand-alone building services to give our client the option to run the hotel and restaurant independently.
