Green Leaf Engineers were involved from the initial design stage, influencing orientation, structure and facade to maximise the passive sustainable design opportunities.
Further to this, GLE designed the active electrical and mechanical systems to minimise both capital and running costs, turning a potential black hole of energy into a premier example of sustainable design, while compiling a report on the physics of the building, increasing the client’s understanding of the sustainable opportunities and design around them.
