The development, a 5story apartment complex comprises of 10x3 bedroom apartments and 2x4 bedroom apartments over four levels. and a naturally ventilated car on the third (mid) level

An audit of the building revealed several nonconformities with current Building Code of Australia and Occupational Health and Safety standards. Green Leaf will achieve compliance with BCA and OH&S standards by this single upgrade of services and facilities.

Green Leaf were mindful of system selection due to the aggressive nature of the environment and the poor reliability and availability of parts and regular maintenance in Port Moresby. Despite the challenging nature of the refurbishment Green Leaf were able to provide robust design solutions and lower the energy and cost footprint of the development
