Our role on this project was to design and coordinate the structural, civil, mechanical and electrical services. The project was cost sensitive, so every effort was made to reduce the expense in each trade without sacrificing the quality. To that intent, GLE proposed a combination of new & reused A/C units and structural steel members with possible re-allocation to different areas.
GLE knows that the key to all refurbishment or fit out work is to be actively involved in the ‘information hunt’. We have found that if we sit back and wait for information to come to us we inevitably aid an unfavourable position for our client.
